Er. Abhishek kushwah JE (HVAC) Key Responsibility Areas 1. All institue non residential building and hostel for Air conditioning (HVAC/VRF/VRV/Split AC/Air cooling units)& Exhaust system. 2. Planning for the material resources and manpower resources required for building fixtures like chiller, cooling tower, pumps, chilled water systems, retrun line system, piping, ducting, instrumentations, capacity, selection, regular maintenance for maintaining adequate comfort and equipment suitability. Accountability of such resours. 3. Maintaining records of total inventories related to HVAC areas, replacement, return of faulty parts etc. 4. Reguler inspection, respective pro cleaning, corrective actions from maintenance point of view of sefety, functionality, comfort, adequacy, durability and economy. 5. Any other work as allotted to me from time to time by my reporting officer and any other authority like Dean(s) IDO, Registrar, Director. 6. Responsible for work allocation to technicians, their welfare and wage/salary, leave safe working conditions and other requirements. 7. Tendering works related to HVAC system |

Mr. Deepak Dubey Jr. Assistant Key Responsibility Areas 1. Tendering work of all electrical and civil maintenance works which include uploading of tender document and BOQ as per CPP portal requirement, preparation and uploading corrigendum, opening of technical and financial bids and send to committee for evaluation. 2. Preparation of LOA, LoCW for civil/electrical maintenance works. 3. Return of EMD/PBG/SD of contractors. 4. Reporting of daily ticket status. 5.Maintain and update google sheet of all maintenance works upto Work Order. 6. Maintain google sheet of all AMC works upto Work Order. 7. Preparation of note sheets and proposals for maintenance related works. 8. Providing no dues to staff/faculty/project students/RA/NPDF on his/her relieving 9. Processing of Direct Purchase Bills of maintenance works. 10. Purchase of items through GeM under direct purchase. 11. Preparation and forwarding of monthly attendance of primeone staff of Maintenance Wing 12. Preparation and sending correspondence letters to outside agencies like NVDA, MPPKVVCL, Various Contractors. 13. Printing and Distribution of daily tickets to the technicians (Plumbing, carpentary, electrical, HVAC, etc.tickets received on the portal) 14. Closing of the tickets in the evening after confirmation from respective technicians. 15. Maintaining IDO civil,HVAC and electrical store. Prepare and maintaining stock google sheet for issue and inventory management of civil and electrical material. 16. Issue of material to the technicians after certification by the engineer. 17. File management system of IDO maintenance(Inward and outward of files. 18. Issue of keys in emergency situation. 19. Any other work assigned by the Maintenance In Charge. |
